We've been loyal customers for years, with two cats and a dog, but my wife recently received a "cold shower" coming in asking for medication for our sick dog, only to be asked to pay an "outstanding amount” that we weren't even aware of - they must have forgotten to charge us during our last visit!
Because my wife did not have enough cash to pay the balance owing and medication, she kindly asked if she could pay for medication as needed and pay the balance owing next time, but she was told that she could not purchase the medication until the balance owing was paid, and she had to go to the other veterinary hospital to buy medicine.
This conduct clearly demonstrates that Camvet values money over the welfare of our pets and will never return.

We wouldn’t go anywhere but Camvet for our dogs!! Gavin and the team there were amazing with our poor pup Luna who needed surgery after an injury over the Christmas period. There were various complications (no fault of the vet) and they were patient and supportive with our many phone calls and repeat visits including on public holiday! We are beyond grateful for the care Luna received
